Provision of two consultants on full time basis providing fire safety consultancy
and training disciplines to approximately 4,000 members of staff, 46 premises,
700 sub stations and 5 power stations.

Introduction of corporate fire strategy policy leading to design briefs, fire safety
standards and compliance for the total premises portfolio of commercial and industrial use.

Nation-wide Retail Organisation

A five month project providing various fire safety disciplines to multi satellite retail
organisation nationwide.

Provision of seven consultants providing fire risk assessment to retail stores,
distribution centres and petrol filling stations.

Fire safety consultancy to existing premises for refurbishments, extensions and
alterations and for new premises. Substantial savings obtained in fire safety
provision over a range of building projects.

NHS Health Care Trust

One year project providing Corporate Fire Management to multi satellite NHS Trust.

Provision of one consultant for the period of one year to provide consultancy and
training disciplines in line with Firecode Regulations.

Nation-wide Accountancy Organisation

Large commercial office organisation that required fire risk assessment services to all
satellite premises nation-wide.

Nineteen offices assessed complete with working action plan submitted on a priority
and budgeting basis.

Further works to provide fire and emergency procedure documentation.

Initially a two year project though now ongoing providing administration for organisation
of courses to fire marshals and Incident Control Managers company wide.

Administration, collation of information of all delegates, arrangement of course venues,
delegate attendance, certification and attendance compliance logs.

Assessment of company organisation, structure, premises, risks and emergency
procedures prior to training. Redesign of many procedures leading to the issue of fire
and emergency procedure documentation for all premises.

Provision of training consultant to deliver ongoing bespoke training sessions to
fire marshals and Incident Control Managers in-line with the company's
documentation and fire policy.

Mort Rel
Nation-wide Banking Organisation

Ongoing project providing Specialist Staff Training programmes on a nationwide basis
to approximately 3,000 members of staff.

Regionally based training segregating head offices, main offices and banking staff to
enable bespoke training for procedures and emergency security policies to be addressed.

Nation-wide Service Provider

Provision of an ongoing nation-wide Specialist Staff Training programme to instruct
those staff with the specific responsibility for Incident Control Management
and emergency building management.

Investigation of company structure and emergency procedures on a nation-wide
basis, liaison with the client's representatives to produce a bespoke presentation
in-line with the client's fire and emergency policy.

Further works have resulted in the provision of Fire Marshal courses to complement
the incident control management training.
