Fire risk assessment
Our fire risk assessment service is conducted by ex - operational fire service inspecting officers all of which have extensive experience in the provision of fire precautionary matters and negotiation with Local Authorities.

All risks are categorised by either high, medium or low risk and a priority status is placed within the works action plan to ensure that time scales for the implementation of works are adhered to.

For multi - satellite companies wishing to implement standardisation throughout their organisation, each assessment report contains individual section briefings to advise each building representative as to the basic fire precautions that exist and the management that is required to maintain standards.

Project consultancy
All too often organisations rely on their own multi-disciplined in-house or contracted expertise to provide and maintain adequate fire safety measures, only to find that they fall well below the required standards in a number of areas once assessed by experts in their own field.
